When you contact MTECH or request service, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, appliance details, preferred appointment timing, service history and photos you choose to share.
How we use information
We use service-request information to respond to you, check service coverage, coordinate appointments, diagnose and document appliance service, prepare estimates or service records, and follow up about the service you requested.
Service providers and technicians
Information needed to perform or support your service may be shared with the MTECH personnel, assigned technicians, or service providers involved in operating the service. We do not present customer information as being available for unrelated public use.
Photos
Please share only photos relevant to the appliance or service request, such as the appliance, display, problem area or model label. Avoid including people, payment cards, identification documents or unrelated personal belongings.
Your choices and California privacy requests
You may contact MTECH to ask about personal information associated with your service request or to make a privacy request. The rights available to you depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
